Anthony brings more than 20 years of international experience in the development, financing, operation, and commercialization of port, terminal, logistics, and maritime infrastructure projects. Having held senior leadership roles across the maritime sector, including with Terminal Investment Limited (TiL), he has successfully advised investors, terminal operators, port authorities, and governments on strategic growth initiatives, infrastructure investments, and large-scale development programs.

Anthony combines deep operational knowledge with strong commercial and financial acumen, enabling him to bridge the gap between infrastructure development, business strategy, and investment decision-making. His expertise spans port master planning, market and feasibility studies, concessions, PPP structures, mergers and acquisitions, investment reviews, stakeholder management, and contract negotiations.
