May 18th, 2017 saw the signing of the construction contract between Terminal Link Texas and Dana B Kenyon Construction, for which NNP Inc are Owner’s Representative.

The project, to develop a 25 acre container yard as part of the Bayport Container Terminal in Houston will complete in Summer 2018 and is the first project at the Port of Houston to be procured using Design Build.

The procurement process saw two contractors submit very competitive bids, both within the construction budget as advised by NNP Inc.

The Owner’s design team of LAN, NNP and Shrader have been retained by the contractor to develop the design through to construction.
