NNP Inc were employed as Owner’s Representative, Cost consultants, Port Planners and specialist pavement designers. From project inception NNP Inc assisted the Owner in preparing feasibility studies which included terminal planning, costings, assistance with the business case and preparation of the Owner’s Requirements preliminary/ concept designs and bid documentation. The project was bid out to a limited list of pre-selected contractors and the successful contractor (RT Milord Company from Illinois) was selected for the best proposal, the ability to take risk from the Owner and deliver cost certainty with minimal qualifications to the OR. The project was delivered despite COVID-19 pandemic and an extremely active hurricane season which saw the site team prepare for three separate hurricanes. The owner is now making full use of his facility which is ideally situated close to the in-gate of the terminal.
