Nigel Nixon and Partners, Inc. were commissioned to undertake the design of the paving system at the Courthouse Square refurbishment in Dayton, OH. The paving comprised clay brick pavers set on a sand bed. The substrate was the delivery bay roof structure and Portland cement concrete on grade. Our scope of work was to undertake the design and specification of the paving system. Our Client was Lorenz & Williams, Inc. We also provided site observation services and undertook subsequent inspections to direct appropriate maintenance work for the owner, Montgomery County. Project status – complete.
